Service environmental conditions

◆ Ambient temperature: -5℃~+40℃, the average temperature within 24h is not higher than +35℃;

◆Altitude: 2000m and below;

◆Atmospheric conditions: clean air, relative humidity not more than 50% at maximum temperature +40℃, larger relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures (e.g. 90% at +20℃), and the effect of condensation which may be produced by chance due to the change of temperature should be considered;

◆The device is adapted to the transportation and storage process at the following temperatures: between the ranges of -25°C to +55°C, and up to +70°C in a short period of time (not exceeding 24h), the device should not suffer any irrecoverable damages at these limit temperatures, and it should be able to work normally under the above conditions;

◆ When the device is used in offshore oil drilling platforms and nuclear power plants, a separate technical agreement shall be signed.

If the above conditions can not be met, the user and the manufacturer shall negotiate to solve the problem.


Ordering instruction


When ordering, the user must provide the following information

◆ Primary circuit scheme and single line system diagram;

◆ Schematic diagram or wiring diagram of secondary circuit;

◆ Arrangement diagram of the device and layout diagram of the distribution room;

◆ Detailed specification and quantity of electrical equipment installed in each device;

◆ Provide the working current and short-circuit current of the horizontal busbar and select the busbar specification according to the factory standard; if the busbar specification is not indicated, it will be selected by the manufacturer;

◆ Busbar system Ll, L2, L3, N, PE or Ll, L2, L3, PEN, if not specified, selected by the manufacturer;

◆ Provide the name to be used for each circuit (limited to 10 characters or less) or, if not provided, a blank symbol plate only by the manufacturer;

◆ The protection class of the device enclosure (IP30, IP40) whether the cabinet bottom is to be closed or not, if not specified, P30 and the cabinet bottom is not closed;

◆ The surface paint color of the device, if not specified, the color specified by the manufacturer.
