HXGN-12 AC metal-enclosed switchgear

In the continuous development and upgrading of China's urban power grid, HXGN-12 AC metal-enclosed switchgear (ring network cabinet), as a new type of switchgear, has become an important equipment of the power system by virtue of its excellent performance and reliability. The core component of the ring network cabinet is the vacuum load switch, whose operating mechanism is spring-operated and can be operated manually or electrically. The earth switches and circuit breakers are equipped with manual operating mechanisms to ensure flexibility and reliability of operation. The main unit of the ring main unit is compact, small in size, without fire and explosion hazards, and equipped with reliable “five-proof” functions, including anti-misoperation, anti-entry into energized intervals, anti-mis-tripping, anti-electrically hung grounding wire, and anti-lightning wave intrusion, etc., which greatly improves the safety and stability of the power system.

Structural features

◆Adopting fully-assembled structure: light and beautiful, can be installed in any combination, convenient for infinite extension.

◆ It can be equipped with both FN12-10 type compressed air load switch combined electrical appliances and FZN25-12 type vacuum load switch, combined electrical appliances, and the installation dimensions are exactly the same. Small volume, maintenance-free, three-phase linkage structure, with obvious isolation breaks.

◆With FN12-10 type pressurized air load switch combination electric appliance, its installation mode is flexible, it can be mounted on the left and right side, positively and invertedly.

◆ It can be operated manually and electrically, and has remote control function.

◆It is equipped with perfect and reliable mechanical linkage and interlocking device, which can fully realize the function of "five-proof".

◆It adopts linkage protection insulated door to cover the electrified contact and ensure personal safety.

◆ It adopts front operation and maintenance, and can be installed on the wall.
