    Recently, Shandong Fuda Transformer Co., Ltd. ushered in a customer who came from afar - representatives of the African Power Company. The customer and his entourage came to the factory to inspect the transformer production process, in-depth understanding of enterprise strength and product quality. This inspection is aimed at deepening the cooperation between the two sides, and jointly promote the development of electric power.

     Customers came to the transformer production workshop, during the visit, customers have a deep understanding of the transformer production process, process technology and quality control. Customers visited the raw material warehouse. Inside the warehouse, there are all kinds of raw materials used in transformers, such as silicon steel sheet, copper wire, insulation materials and so on. These raw materials are all from well-known suppliers at home and abroad, which ensures the stability of product quality.

     Customers came to the transformer assembly production line and made field observation on the coil winding, core assembly and tank welding of the transformer. In the winding workshop, the customer witnessed the workers' exquisite winding skills and spoke highly of the quality of the transformer's coils.

      Afterwards, the customer visited the transformer insulation test room. In the test room, all kinds of advanced testing equipment are readily available. The staff explained in detail the method and principle of insulation test for the customer, and demonstrated the partial discharge test, insulation withstand voltage test and other key tests of the transformer on the spot. The customer was satisfied with the test results and considered the quality of the enterprise's products to be excellent.

      After the visit, the customer and the factory leaders had a symposium. At the symposium, the customer highly evaluated the enterprise's production scale, product quality, technological innovation and other aspects, and expressed the willingness to develop in-depth cooperation with the enterprise in the transformer business.
