frames according to tridimensional triangle structure,each single-frame is continuous rolled by high quality core-

rolled siicon steel stips,strip width is cut as straight and curve by NC cutting machine.High-voltage and low-voltage

windings are rolled directly on core column by special-purpose winding machine,overall structure is solid and compact.

 ◆Three-phase three-column three-dimensional symmetrical structure has the most balanced three-phase magnetic circuit, which is completely symmetrical, shortest and equal in length, and the three-phase no-load currents are completely balanced without generating the third harmonic, which ensures the quality of power supply waveform. Due to the coil core material is excellent and winding processing characteristics, not only the no-load loss is small, no-load current and noise is also significantly reduced.

◆Transformer body is set up as a whole in the shape of three-pronged column, all around and in the center are set up to pull the screw, and the top and bottom of the iron insulation and lamination of wood blocks constitute a whole, can effectively resist the sudden short-circuit in the axial, spoke to the mechanical stress.
